DELIVERY TO SWITZERLAND AND NORWAY

For our friends in Switzerland and Norway additional customs charges and national VAT will be charged directly by the local tax authorities and needs to be paid separately by the customer. Should you have further questions regarding additional charges please contact your local tax office.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase, however we do understand that sometimes unexpected situations occur.

UNDAMAGED PRODUCT

If you do not wish to keep your product, you may return your non-damaged and unused noo.ma purchase in its original packaging within 14 days. noo.ma will refund the value of the order within 30 days of the date the order was canceled, reduced by the return shipping costs if the order was already shipped to the customer. The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning a non-damaged item.

Damaged product

Once you have received your delivery, inspect the product(s) and inform us within 5 days of delivery if anything is missing or has been damaged in transit. We kindly ask you to document the damages of the product and package, preferably in the presence of the carrier, so we can fairly process your recompense. We will refund part of the value of your order depending on the condition of the product or replace any item that arrives damaged. The original box for the product needs to be saved to be able to claim the product.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

The lacquer surface is easy to clean and does not need any special maintenance. A dust feather or a wet cloth is enough to simply clean any dust from the product. Stronger stains can be cleaned by using a mild cleaning agent. Stains from ink, fruit, felt-tip pens, tea, coffee, red wine, or mustard need to be cleaned immediately. Otherwise, these stains will affect the surface permanently. 

Never use any cleaning agents which create a layer on the surface such as wax or oil since they can become yellow and resinify. Neither should cleaning agents be used which can remove the layer of the surface such as strong cleaning agents, abrasive powder, or any solvents.

Wall Pocket: In the case of light soiling, the wall pocket can be easily cleaned with a brush. Stains are best removed with a sponge and a mild soap.
